A Deep Meeting with Nature
A closed five-day retreat where we withdraw into the Danish countryside and meet it slowly and mindfully — with silence, song, breathwork and community, alongside gentle cleansing rituals (Kambo and Hapé). We close together with integration, so the calm can be carried home.

The theme
A meeting with living nature
For generations, people have gone into nature to find calm, clarity and connection to something greater than ourselves. On this retreat we do exactly that — we put the phone away, slow down, and let the forest, the earth and the community hold us.
Along the way we weave in gentle cleansing rituals — Kambo and Hapé from the Amazonian tradition — that help body and mind release, ground and land.
From opening to integration
The five days are built as one continuous arc. We begin gently, go gradually deeper, and gather at the end in integration, where what you've met along the way can settle and become something you can keep living from.
Throughout, you are in a safe, held space with experienced facilitation. No prior experience is needed — only to show up with openness.
The five days
Day 1 · Arrival & Kambo cleanse
We arrive, settle into the space and open together in circle out in nature. The day includes a Kambo session — a cleansing secretion from an Amazonian frog — that helps body and mind let go of everyday life.
Day 2 · Forest immersion
A day in the forest with silence, slow walks and sensing. We let nature set the pace and practise being fully present.
Day 3 · Song night by the fire · Hapé
A warm evening with live song, fire and community — and a gentle Hapé ceremony, a plant snuff of tobacco and ash that grounds the mind and gathers us together.
Day 4 · Breathwork & solo time
We work with breath and meditation, and you get time entirely to yourself in nature to feel inward and find calm.
Day 5 · Integration gathering
We close together: sharing, digesting and finding words and direction, so the calm and the insights can live on long after the retreat.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the retreat for?
For you who need to step out of everyday life and meet nature, silence and yourself in a safe setting. Admission follows a short conversation, so we can make sure it's the right fit for you right now.
Do I need prior experience?
No. The retreat is for everyone — those used to nature stays and those simply longing for calm. We meet you where you are and guide you all the way.
How do I prepare?
Once you're accepted, we'll send you simple guidance on preparation, a packing list and a few guidelines ahead of the Kambo day. Settling into calm in the weeks leading up makes the immersion both easier and deeper.
Is Kambo safe?
Kambo is not an intoxicant but a physically demanding cleanse, and certain health conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, pregnancy and some medications) mean you shouldn't take part in that element. That's why we always screen beforehand, keep groups small and work with experienced facilitation. If Kambo isn't advisable for you, you can take part in the rest of the retreat without it.
What if I take medication or have a health condition?
Tell us about your situation and we'll guide you honestly and safely — and leave out the cleansing rituals if that's the wisest choice for you. Your safety always comes first.
How do I sign up?
Write to us via 'Apply for a spot'. We'll then have a conversation about your expectations and whether the retreat is the right match for you.
