We are here to receive you and walk together. Sinai is a place where the elements stand sharp: the earth of the desert, the water of the sea, the fire in the dark and the vast open horizon. That is the frame the retreat unfolds in.
The Elements
Receive the healing qualities of the sea. Ground into the powerful earth of the desert. Open the heart beneath the vast horizon. We gather around the fire, kept alive throughout our journey and surrounded by frequencies of light.
In the weeks leading up to and during the retreat we eat simply and cleanly — a period in which body and mind are made quiet enough to listen.

The Retreat Includes
Cleansing rituals from the Amazon
A preparation of body and mind for those who feel called — never a requirement. The rituals are not suitable for everyone: write to Anne before you sign up if you are in treatment, pregnant or in a vulnerable period.
Three ceremonies
Held around the fire, in circle, between desert and sea.
Group and individual integration
Time to land what has happened — together and on your own.
Light Language and altar building
The language of sound and frequency, and a shared altar built through the days.
Nourishing vegetarian meals
Delicious, nourishing food — a simple, clean diet that supports the ceremonies.
Accommodation in beach huts
Magical huts directly by the sea.

The retreat is held in a small group. You'll receive the location, travel guidance and final details once you're registered.
When
Sunday 18 to Friday 23 October 2026 — six days in Sinai.
Price
5,300 NIS (Israeli shekel). The price covers ceremonies, integration, meals and accommodation in a beach hut. Flights and transport to Sinai are not included.
Where
On the east coast of the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt, directly by the Red Sea — where the desert mountains run all the way down to the water. You'll receive the exact address and travel route once you're registered. Check your government's travel advice and your travel insurance before booking flights.
Preparation
Once you're signed up, you'll receive a guide to the preparation — the diet and everything else you can do in the weeks leading up to the retreat. Personal guidance follows all the way.
Language
The retreat is held in English. Anne Esther travels with the group as your contact from Denmark before, during and after.

Anne Esther Boukris is a certified integration therapist and gestalt coach, drawing on more than 30 years of experience as a historian, researcher and teacher. In Sinai she travels with the group as your contact from Denmark — from the preparation at home to the integration afterwards.
